Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order if:

The product has a manufacturing defect, or

You’re not fully satisfied and wish to return it for another size, style, or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

Underwear or compression wear that has been tried on.

Items damaged due to improper use or washing.
Return Process

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please mention it when contacting our team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.
